Fox Valley Tool & Die has 14 different stamping presses ranging from 88 tons to 400 tons of capacity, nine of which are equipped with automated coil feeders capable of handling sheet material up to 24" wide and 1/2" thick.

Stamping presses facilitate a variety of services from new die tryout, validation of die repair and production stamping for customers who lack the equipment or who have excess capacity.

Fox Valley Tool & Die maintains a collection of customer tools that are stored and maintained in our facility. As component requirements arise, parts are produced and shipped to the end customer. Kanban and JIT requirements are also available to customers who desire them.
