Fox Valley Tool & Die is a known leader in the design, development and construction of high quality, forming and progressive stamping tools for a variety of industries.

Customers supply a part drawing (or a prototype piece part) from which tool drawings and/or models are developed creating an image of a tool that produces the item. The customer reviews and critiques the tool design, and final drafts are prepared after tool changes are implemented. Final drawings can be produced from a variety of CAD software packages utilized by Fox Valley Tool & Die, namely AutoCAD, Pro-Engineer and Solidworks. Corresponding CAM (Computer Aided Machining) packages utilize existing CAD geometry in generating machine tool programs, thus minimizing human error and reducing manufacturing time.

Fox Valley Tool & Die possesses large machining centers and stamping presses, coupled with engineering support allowing us the opportunity to build large, sophisticated stamp/form tools.
