Even when our largest vertical machining center is incapable of handling your request, we offer another option to meet your unique needs. Our family of Horizontal Boring Bars can accommodate part sizes up to 80” x 100”, and up to 10,000 pounds.

The Toshiba BTH-110-R18 and BTD-110.R16 have built in rotary tables to facilitate machining on multiple surfaces in a single set-up, and/or 4-axis simultaneous machining.  Rotational accuracy of the rotary tables allow the positioning of critical features to one another within thousandths of an inch.  Complementing the aforementioned machines is a plain table bar (BTD-11B-P4) that is used to machine very large parts, where the part weight exceeds other machines capacity.
