Fox Valley Tool & Die has a variety of presses ranging from a 75 ton mechanical press to a 400 ton hydraulic press. Seven of the presses boast servo feed lines with feeding accuracy of ±0.001". The largest feed line can handle 3/16" thick material up to 24" wide, and has the ability to run 5/16" thick material at a narrower width.

The presses are equipped with controllers that can store up to 100 programs, minimizing set up and idle times. The control has features that allow the operator to monitor up to eight activities occurring within the process, (i.e. feed advance, part ejection, tonnage etc.), ensuring the proper process conditions are being met.

Running the tools at optimal condition yields lower unit costs and extends tool life. The end result for you is less down time, better part quality and tool reliability.
