The need to further extend our EDM capabilities led to the acquisition of a third small hole EDM machine. The Current MT30 & FT-3000M Small hole sinkers are CNC controlled and excels in the machining of small holes, (.006" - .240" diameter), in a number of materials and material conditions, (annealed or full hard). The machine is a valued asset in stamping tool development because engineering changes requiring additional features can easily be accommodated.

Small hole technology, coupled with wire EDM can add holes, slots or other features necessary for the improvement of tool performance. The workspace envelope is 15" x 30", but due to machine design it can accommodate part sizes much larger.
